Umshyrpi College, a minority coeducational institution (Under section 2(g) of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act 2004 Vide letter no. CE/MS/1/2006/61) was established in the year 1994 by a group of like minded people with a common vision to accommodate students of all sections of the society in the area of higher education.
