Aluminium collapsible tube coating machine

AUTO BASE FEED COATING MACHINE : This machine is very compact and rigid in construction made from high quality cast iron of the base and the body. The drive is through a "V" Belts to the reduction gear box fitted multi disc clutch plate for switching on and off the machine at any stage and any position. The drive of the barrel head of the spindles is by Geneva Mechanism which runs in an oil bath. The manderals and the main shaft run on Antifrication bearing which are carefully selected of high speed which have more load of taking capacity. The handwheel is fitted for the setting of the pressure of the tubes and the rubber blanket. An adjustable inking wedge system is provided for the setting of thickness of layer which is to be coated on the tube. The drum takes the ink and mixing roller mixes and the rubber roller takes the ink and the ink is printed on the tube.
