Abhyanga

Abhyanga, one of the most popular and ancient Ayurvedic therapies for the preservation of health. It involves full body warm oil massage. The type of oil used is specific to the individuals depending on their body constitution. It can also vary according to the seasons. Few of the oils used for Abhyanga include sesame, coconut, sunflower, mustard and almond. Sometimes oil medicated with herbs are used for specific conditions.
