Dr. Narang served his Junior Residency (Non-academic) in Gastrointestinal Surgery and Blook Bank (CNC) at AIIMS, New Delhi. He worked as Senior Resident (Gastroenterology) in SGPGI, Lucknow, and Senior Registrar (Gastroenterology) in Mahavir Super Speciality Hospital, Surat. He was attached with BAPS Hospital, Surat as an ICU Physician and as a resident medical officer in the Department of Internal Medicine, BJ Medical College and Associated Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. He has also undergone intensive training at PGI Chandigarh and the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad.

Dr. Narang is a Consultant Gastroenterologist in Ahmadabad at SAL Hospital. He is serving as Associate Professor in Gastroenterology, NHL Medical College and Associated VS Hospital. He is a visiting Consultant at some of the leading Hospitals in Gujarat like Sterling Hospital, Shalby Hospital, Sanjeevani Hospital, Medilink Hospital, and Parekhs Hospital.

Previously, he was attached with BJMC & Associated Civil Hospital and GCRI MP Shah Cancer Hospital, Ahmedabad.
