Prakash Chemicals is established in 1991, it started with Bentonite manufacturing and its related products and thereby pioneering by making a wide variety of Bleaching Earth products. Other than Indian market we also export to countries like Nepal, Srilanka, Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh etc.

We are one of the leading Bentonite manufacturers in India. We own extensive mining with reserves for the next 25 years and mineral processing facilities in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) and Bhuj (Gujarat) India combined with our technical expertise with over 25 years in the field.

Our Products

Our products include Fullers Earth Granular, Natural Earth ( Fullers Earth ), Activated Bleaching Earth, Pet Litter / Cat Litter, Carbon Blended Earth and Carbon.

FULLERS EARTH GRANULAR:
We have our own Granular manufacturing unit with a capacity of 100 TPD. The granular mesh can be prepared as per the clients requirements.The Granular/Fullers Earth granules of different dimensions range from 5-20 mm, 5-15 mm, 10 mesh, 20 mesh, 30 mesh, 60 mesh, 100 mesh.
NATURAL FULLERS EARTH:
It is used in refining edible oils with good bleach ability, constant particle size of atleast 85-90% passing through 200 mesh or as desired by the client.
CARBON / CARBON BLEND POWDER:
As required by buyers we also provide Carbon Blended Fullers Earth to remove red units of edible oils/vegetable oils. 100 MB, 280 MB are available with us.
ACTIVATED BLEACHING EARTH:
We make both high grade Acid Activated Bleaching Earth / Wash Clay / Acid Wash Clay and also Medium grades of Bleaching Earths which are all used in refining various vegetable oils such as Palm Oil, Rice Bran Oil and Soya Bean Oil etc.
PET LITTER / CAT LITTER:
We also manufacture cat litters / pet litter with your
specification of granular size. 100% natural has premium odor control and molecular structure blocks the ammonia odor before releasing in the air. It also kills the bacteria and hence it is hygienic and it is 99% dust free. Packaging can be done in 2kg/5kg as per client requirement.
FACILITIES WE OFFER:

* Container can be stuffed in our factory. We have our own loading arrangements like Fork lifts and JCB.

* ICD is hardly 15 KM from our unit.

* Less handling of bags gives you intact packing so the material arrives you in Good condition.

* Mines are very near to our factory i.e. 50-100 Km range. We are having another 25 years reserves.

* We have good storage facility of raw material and finished products with 15000 Sft covered sheds.

USES OF OUR PRODUCTS:

* Our products are used in refining vegetable oils like Sun Flower Oil, Palm Oil, Soyabean Oil, Corn Oil, Rice Bran Oil etc and also used in minerals oils like transformer oil, wax refining.

* It is also a good deodorizer.

* Bentonite granules are used in pesticide industry they act as good adsorbent.

* Sodium bentonite is used in oil drilling.
