WE introduce ourselves as a Group of medium size Heavy Engineering Company engaged in the manufacturing of Heavy steel Forgings of Carbon, Alloy, Die and Stainless Steel.
Our Unit has a humble beginning in 1976 with a few machines and limited manpower. The hard and dedicated work of the entrepreneur and their commitments to quality aided with the positive response from customers from all four corners of World has taken us to a World of our Own, known for Quality and Commitments. All research and development, quality and Processing are undertaken under ONE ROOF. This has enabled the Unit to expand to produce good quality product.
Our is an open die Press Forging Unit having complete facility of Forgings of any grade of Steel in the weight range of 100 kg’s to 9000kg’s as per the requirement of the customers. Also we are manufacturing all kinds of steel castings (Rings, Gears, Sugar Mill Machinery parts), Rolling Mill Machinery (TMT and structural plants), Die Blocks for forging press and Tyre Industry, Turbine and Windmill Shafts.
The promoters of our company have a vast experience of over 30 years in the line of Steel Forgings and 5 years in the line of Machinery / engineering goods manufacturing. Our company is professionally managed and assisted by a excellent team of qualified and experienced personnel.
We are having 1250 Ton Forgings Presses (European standards) with complete related accessories with which we are able to deliver Quality Product to its valued customers.
We are the first group to establish a fully automated Open Die Hydraulic Press in Punjab.
All forgings are done at controlled temperatures, to avoid thermal cracking’s at the time of forgings, thus resulting in a good quality product.
We are providing good quality Raw material through ARC/INDUCTION/VD/LRF process.
We are also having a very good machining facility vide which we are able to make quality products and to satisfy the valued customer’s up-to their entire satisfaction who is in need of Proof/Finished goods. Final finishing and timely delivery is possible with CNC machine.
PHFPL have the entire infrastructure to provide confidence among its valued customers that our product manufactured will satisfy their needs. We are a one stop shop for all rolling mill machinery, providing everything under one roof.
We have excellent facility of testing from the stage of Raw material manufacturer up-to finished material.
Our Plant is situated at Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab (India), the heart of secondary steel products in India, which is easily assessable by Road, Rail and Air (Nearest Airport → Chandigarh / Ludhiana are 45 minutes by road).
With our present set up and quality angle we have been awarded 1SO 9001- 2000 Certificate for its Quality Management System in April 2005 by the renowned certification body TUV SUD. We are also ISO 45001 company.
We are equipped with the most modern Conventional and Non Conventional Machines of renowned make and most of our Machines are installed since the inception of the company, but have been up dated technically with changing modern requirements.
To ensure quality of our products, we have a full fledged Quality Control Department equipped with most modern inspection equipments.
We have all the production facilities available to produce Quality Forgings from the range 100 kgs to 10,000 kg’s i.e. Steam Forging Hammer Capacity 10 MT/ Press Forging 1250 tonnes, Preheating and Heat Treatment Furnaces fitted with Thermocouples to maintain proper and required temperature of Forging as per the requirement of specific grade of steel and to achieve the required propertied in the Forged material as per the demand of the customers. The 3 no FORGING MANUPILATOR helps us efficient and speedy forgings at required temperatures.
The Company is capable of Forging and casting various grades of steels such as Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, Construction Steel, Alloy Steel, Low Carbon Steel, Medium Carbon Steel, High Carbon Steel and cast iron.
