Dr. Bhutani had the privilege of training at some of the best centers in Germany, the UK, and the rest of Europe. He is a Gold Medalist, which was awarded for topping the faculty of surgical sciences in MS Orthopaedics, and was bestowed upon him at the hands of none other than the former president of India, late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

He subsequently pursued MCh Orthopedics in the UK and won the Ian Kelly Award of Academic Excellence. He was the first Indian surgeon chosen by two separate European orthopedic associations, ESSKA and SICOT, for scholarships and training in UK and Germany.

He has presented numerous papers in various international conferences and has had the privilege of getting 3 papers accepted for presentation at the upcoming SICOT congress in Budapest, Hungary in September this year.
