Received a damaged rug and emailed the seller saying I thought it was damaged by FedEx during shipment. Sellers are on EBay. They wouldn't even contact FedEx to examine the rug. They demanded I ship the rug back to India. 55 pounds back to India was so expensive that I just lost hat I paid for it. I ould have thought, a good company would, contact FedEx and replace the rug. Now I have a expensive rug with holds in the backing, from what could be a left truck or forks.
